The Role: Your Mission

As COO, your primary responsibility will be to turn our ambitious growth strategies into scalable, efficient operations. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will focus on:

• Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to translate the company’s Strategic Roadmap into actionable plans and measurable results.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring streamlined processes and scalable growth.

• Scenario Modeling: Use your analytical skills to simulate and plan for various business outcomes, enabling data-driven decisions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align teams across Sales, Marketing, Development, and Operations to achieve shared goals.

• Leadership & Development: Personnel responsibility; build high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Global Perspective: Manage operations across locations, requiring regular travel and strong communication skills to unify diverse teams.

• Proven Track Record: Experience scaling a tech company from MNOK 100 to MNOK 200+ with measurable results, and growing teams from 50 to 150.

• Leadership Skills: A natural collaborator who empowers others, listens, and communicates with clarity and respect.

• Global Mindset: Experience working across cultures and geographies, with a willingness to travel regularly between our locations.

• Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of tech-driven business models and the industry landscape, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

• Educational Foundation: A degree in business, economics, or technology is preferred, though relevant business know-how and experience is equally valuable
