You won’t be starting from zero – you’ll be exploring what’s next: new products, new business models, and new ways to create value on top of a strong global position.

You’ll join a small, focused Innovation Team with a clear mandate to:

• explore and shape new products and business opportunities

• validate them quickly with real users and customers

• and prepare the strongest ones for early commercialization and investment decisions.

If you enjoy owning that messy, exciting space between idea and market — experiments, pilots, signals, and go/no-go calls — you’ll have both the freedom and responsibility to do exactly that here.

The job

In the role as Innovation-to-Market Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between exploration (R&D) and early market traction. Your mission is to help Highsoft validate, shape, and prepare new concepts for their first customer engagements.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Turning early-stage ideas into structured validation and go-to-market experiments.

• Engaging pilot customers and early adopters to test value propositions and assess market fit.

• Working across teams to evaluate market potential, technical feasibility, and business model fit.

• Building business cases for staged investments from pre-seed to growth.

• Capturing and sharing learnings across the organization to strengthen decision-making and innovation capability.

Who you are

You’re curious, analytical, and hands-on — someone who enjoys navigating the creative tension between exploring opportunities and making things happen. You may come from product management, business development, innovation, or a related field.

You bring:

• Experience with idea validation, customer testing, and early product development.

• Familiarity with methods like Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or Business Model Generation.

• Practical understanding of SaaS or software-based business models.

• An ability to bring structure into uncertainty and turn insights into action.

• Solid collaboration and communication skills.

• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
